Administrative Support Personnel
Individuals in the classification are generally administrative personnel that will support in a follow up capacity the efforts of a Loan Officer on a mortgage transaction that results from a seminar or direct meeting with a client.
These individuals will help coordinate the flow of information necessary to prepare and complete a Mortgage Application either by NGFS or in their office.
The Loan Officer will be fully responsible for the Mortgage Application and activities surrounding it, specifically for the accuracy and completeness of the Application and will sign the Application on behalf of NGFS.
An Administrative Support individual is not an employee of NGFS and will not receive compensation in the form of a commission for provide support to the Loan Officer.
NGFS will allow individuals in this category to attend our Loan Officer Training at a cost of $300.00.
Loan Officer
Individuals in this classification will support the efforts of Loan Officers conducting Seminars or referring clients to them. The primary difference is that these individuals will receive compensation in the form of a commission from NGFS.
These individuals will be required to go through NGFS Loan Officer Training resulting in Employment on a commissioned basis.
Individuals in this classification will be required to make a Marketing Commitment.
