System Requirements for the Reverse Vision Software
and Registration Requirements
1. Verify that you computer system is sufficient to handle the requirements of the new software. If not you will need to upgrade your system before going to the next step. This is ONLY available for a Microsoft system. It cannot be used on a Macintosh system.
Minimum System Requirements:
- PC with Windows 2000 or higher with the latest security updates
- Monitor with resolution of 1024x768
- 512 MB Ram
- MS Office 2000
- 1GB free space on the hard disk
- Internet access (DSL or Cable)
2. If your system is sufficient to run the new software you will need to install certain Microsoft Updates for the software to properly be installed. To do this you follow these instruction:
- a. Click on “Start”
- b. Select Microsoft Update
- c. You should install “Frame 2”. If you perform the “Express” update this will be installed automatically.
3. Next mail in your check or complete and forward the attached Credit Authorization form to NGFS to the attention of either Frank Neubauer or Vicki Bond
Note: Submission of your payment for the software will also be considered a confirmation of step 2 being completed.
4. As soon as our check or credit authorization clears NGFS will email you the down load instructions and a contact person(s) to provide assistance should you have a problem.
