Early Inheritance College Tuition Strategy

Illustrates the benefits of incorporating a Reverse Mortgage, showing a senior how they can shift some of their dormant home equity (without a monthly mortgage payment obligation) into a 529 plan to pay for their grandchildren’s college education, with the security of being able to pull the shifted equity back for their own security if they need it.

Retirement Rescue Strategy

The strategy is designed to respond to the needs of those who either lost some of their retirement savings in the recent market, or simply failed to sufficiently fund their retirement needs soon enough by illustrating how they can increase their pre-retirement savings each month and then eliminate o­ne of their major retirement expenses so as to maximize their security and lifestyle in retirement.
